What List is She on? A twitter extension

Here is a public todo* to myself: Write an extension that let's me quickly see what Twitter list a person is in without leaving twitter.com.

• I assume this will have to be a chrome extension, since I don't know how to extend twitter in twitter. 
• My friend @Elmos_Buddy might know or share some code 
• I prefer it get triggered by a hover over their name\picture. 

*Note: I have a million of these ideas, a million started apps and very little production ready results. Feel free to take them. All I ask is attribution and good will towards all.
