CTO: The only cabinet post that needs to be a minority

It looks like Obama will be creating the first "chief technology officer" in our nation's history. Wouldn't it be incredible if a women or a minority race was selected? Then in the future we get to say "The first white male nation CTO"!! Firsts come along so infrequently, this would be an excellent place to let white males be second.

Who would be the leading, female candidates? Who are some prominent blacks, Hispanics, Asians in the technical fields?
