11: Tues: Dec 20 : 2 or more miles around RTP
10: Wed : Dec 21 : 3 suicides, burpees and more at Chan's Bootcamp
9 : Thur: Dec 22 : 4 Deana and the DA Crew Spin Class
8 : Fri : Dec 23 : 5 Golden Miles (+ 4 more for good measure) on the ATT
7 : Sat : Dec 24 : 6 games on the Wii with my family (REST)
6 : Sun : Dec 25 : 7 Poses of Yoga
5 : Mon : Dec 26 : 8 X-Train with Chan
