Time to Streak
Always fun to talk about streaking! And new years feels like as good as any to start. Here they are :
DAILY: How many days in a row can I not eat confections? (Note: Confections has been defined as an intended sweet\treat.)
WEEKLY: How many weeks in a row can I go to bootcamp?
MONTHLY: How many months in a row can I lose a pound? (Weight as close to the 1st of the month as possible.

Found an interesting little site called http://www.habitforge.com/account that will send you email to checkin every day. Alan says I need to write this program instead of buying the account.
