day 3: run baby run
I went to the YMCA as soons as Alan got home from work. I was on the track for 32 minutes doing the following:
* Warm up walk
* Fake Fartlek : Why Fake? Well, at the YMCA they have a 1/14 of a mile track. So I would jog 4.5 laps and then sprint .5 lap and then walk 2 laps. I did this for 2 miles (ie 4 times)
* Cool down walk
It really pushed me. I'm glad I did not have my heart rate monitor or I don't think I would have completed the drill. Glad I did. Fun and Fulfilling work out!
