Thirty days at the YMCA
I am facing the fact that I am overweight and need to be healthier. I actually love to exercise but typical mom find it hard too do.
So I'm going to try to exercise everyday for 30 days and write my results here.
Since I did not go yesterday I guess my 30 days starts today.
When: Oct 24 to Nov 23
What: exercise daily and record it here
Goal: Get healthy and lose weight
