How do you spell work?

While in class, I had the opportunity to take Jonthan to school each morning. He often asks what I am doing, where we are going and where Daddy is. We started to talk about work. I told him that both mommy and daddy work at IBM. "Can you say I-B-M, Jonathan?". He replied "I-B-M spells Work!". There was obvious pride in his voice that he understood these letters were how you spell mommy's work!!
